XHDJ Electric Winch, For Contruction or Mining Industry |
XHDJ electric winch was developed and manufactured by the scientific research and technical staff of our company by continuous innovation. It takes JZ2-H type marine electric motor as the source of drive, which is transferred by flexible coupler, sealed by gear reducer, open type gear, jaw clutch to drive drum to rotate. It adopts electromagnetic brake mode and has been outfitted with manual brand type brake and manual clutch. The product has compact structure, small cubage, light weight, big lifting capacity and can be used conveniently. It has been widely applied in all sorts of lifting equipments of marine, ships, oil field, coal mine and ports.
The JZ2-H type marine electric motor adopted by the winch has automatic control box and electromagnetic brake, which is suitable for long distance operation and control to realize brake protection function. The motor has high protection grade (IP56) and wind sands rain has no impact to the use of motor. So the winch is applicable for use in open air. When jaw clutch is released, the winch can lower freely with empty hook and this greatly enhanced working efficiency. When the winch does not work, it locks the belt type brake to effectively protect the open type gear and the reducer casing while protection the brake as same time.
The available model of electric winch produced by our factory including XHDJ 50- XHDJ400. The lifting weight ranges from 5 tons to 40 tons. We have varieties of products for selection of users. Meanwhile, we can also customize all sorts of electric winch, electric anchor windlass, electric marine winch and electric mooring anchor windlass, according to requirements of customers. |
